Some people say
that learning through live experience is better than theories in books? Do you
agree with this statement? Why?
Whether
learning through live experience is better than theories in books has triggered
spirited debate. Some say that they can learn from reading books whereas others
can learn from their experience in live. Personally, I think experience is the
more important source to do the learning process because of two reasons.
Firstly,
learning through live experience make us keep looking for ways to apply what
did we learn to our everyday real life situations. We do learning from books,
but when we find it difficult, it will be hard to do what we have learnt. In
contras, we can find a new way, or another shortcut by learning through live experience.
Secondly,
live experience make us practice all the time. It will make us feel anxious to
solve any problem, and make us want to learn more and more. From any mistake we
have done, we can realize our mistake we have made before by doing repetition
of practice.
However,
there are a relationship when we learn something from the books and from real
life experience. Learning from books
make us know the real life situations, because books was made from the
author experience but if we learn from our self experiences we can keep looking
for a way when we got stuck solving the problem. Furthermore, learning from
live experience keep trying and improving from what mistake we have done
before. Finally, if you want to learn something, learn it from live experience
because it can make you mastering something deeply.
